Umumiy qoidalar<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Ushbu Litsenziya shartnomasi (\u201cShartnoma\u201d) eascompany.uz veb-sayti (\u201cSayt\u201d) va EAS Company (\u201cKompaniya\u201d, \u201cLitsenziar\u201d, \u201cbiz\u201d) tomonidan taqdim etiladigan barcha tegishli xizmatlardan foydalanish shartlarini tartibga soladi.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Saytdan foydalanish orqali siz (\u201cFoydalanuvchi\u201d, \u201cLitsenziat\u201d) ushbu Shartnoma shartlariga rozilik bildirasiz.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">2. Shartnomaning predmeti<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">2.1 Berilgan huquqlar<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Kompaniya Foydalanuvchiga ushbu Shartnoma shartlariga muvofiq Saytdan foydalanish uchun eksklyuziv bo&#039;lmagan, o&#039;tkazib bo&#039;lmaydigan litsenziyani beradi.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">2.2 Litsenziyaning amal qilish doirasi<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Litsenziya quyidagi huquqlarni o&#039;z ichiga oladi:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Sayt tarkibini ko&#039;rish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Sayt funksiyalaridan maqsadli maqsadlariga muvofiq foydalanish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Kompaniyaning mahsulotlari va xizmatlari haqida ma&#039;lumot olish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Taqdim etilgan kontaktlar orqali kompaniya bilan bog&#039;laning<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">3. Foydalanishdagi cheklovlar<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">3.1 Taqiqlangan harakatlar<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Foydalanuvchiga quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Sayt tarkibini yozma ruxsatisiz nusxalash, tarqatish, uzatish, ommaviy namoyish qilish, sotish yoki tijorat maqsadlarida foydalanish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Sayt asosida yaratilgan asarlarni o&#039;zgartirish, moslashtirish, tarjima qilish yoki yaratish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Saytning dasturiy ta&#039;minotini teskari muhandislik, dekompilyatsiya yoki qismlarga ajratish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Saytdan ma&#039;lumot to&#039;plash uchun avtomatlashtirilgan vositalardan foydalaning<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Sayt yoki serverlarning ishlashini buzish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Zararli dasturiy ta&#039;minotni yuklab oling<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">3.2 Intellektual mulk<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Saytdagi barcha materiallar, jumladan matn, tasvirlar, dizayn, logotiplar va dastur kodlari mualliflik huquqi bilan himoyalangan va Kompaniya yoki uning hamkorlarining mulki hisoblanadi.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">4. Foydalanuvchi tarkibi<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">4.1 Kontent huquqlari<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Saytga har qanday kontentni yuklash yoki yuborish orqali Foydalanuvchi Kompaniyaga bunday kontentdan foydalanish uchun eksklyuziv bo&#039;lmagan litsenziya beradi.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">4.2 Tarkib uchun javobgarlik<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Foydalanuvchi e&#039;lon qilingan kontent uchun to&#039;liq javobgar bo&#039;ladi va u quyidagilarga kafolat beradi:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Uchinchi shaxslarning huquqlarini buzmaydi<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Noqonuniy, haqoratomuz yoki zararli ma&#039;lumotlarni o&#039;z ichiga olmaydi<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Qonuniy talablarga javob beradi<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">5. Kafolatlardan voz kechish<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">5.1 &quot;Xuddi shunday&quot; qoidasi<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Sayt &quot;xuddi shunday&quot; taqdim etiladi, hech qanday kafolatlarsiz, aniq yoki nazarda tutilgan holda.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">5.2 Kafolatlarni cheklash<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Kompaniya kafolat bermaydi:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Saytning uzluksiz ishlashi<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Xatolar yoki nuqsonlarning yo&#039;qligi<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Muayyan talablarga muvofiqligi<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Xavfsizlik yoki virussiz<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">6. Mas&#039;uliyatni cheklash<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">6.1 Rad etish<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Kompaniya quyidagilar uchun javobgar emas:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">To&#039;g&#039;ridan-to&#039;g&#039;ri, bilvosita, tasodifiy yoki oqibatli zararlar<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Ma&#039;lumotlar, foyda yoki biznes obro&#039;sini yo&#039;qotish<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Faoliyatning uzilishi yoki Saytning mavjud emasligi<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Uchinchi shaxslarning harakatlari<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">6.2 Maksimal javobgarlik<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Kompaniyaning umumiy javobgarligi Foydalanuvchi tomonidan Saytdan foydalanganlik uchun haqiqatda to&#039;langan summa bilan cheklangan.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">7. Maxfiylik<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Shaxsiy ma&#039;lumotlarni qayta ishlash ushbu Shartnomaning ajralmas qismi bo&#039;lgan alohida Maxfiylik siyosati bilan tartibga solinadi.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">8. Muddati va tugatilishi<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.1 Davomiyligi<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Shartnoma tomonlardan biri tomonidan bekor qilinmaguncha amal qiladi.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.2 Kompaniya tomonidan tugatish<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Agar Foydalanuvchi Shartnoma shartlarini buzsa, Kompaniya istalgan vaqtda litsenziyani bekor qilishi mumkin.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.3 Foydalanuvchi tomonidan tugatish<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Foydalanuvchi istalgan vaqtda Saytga kirishni to&#039;xtatib, undan foydalanishni to&#039;xtatishi mumkin.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">9. Shartnomaga kiritilgan o&#039;zgartirishlar<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Kompaniya ushbu Shartnoma shartlarini o&#039;zgartirish huquqini o&#039;zida saqlab qoladi. Muhim o&#039;zgarishlar kuchga kirish sanasini ko&#039;rsatgan holda Saytda joylashtiriladi.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">10. Amaldagi qonunchilik va nizolarni hal qilish<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">10.1 Amaldagi qonun<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Ushbu Shartnoma O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi bilan tartibga solinadi.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">10.2 Nizolarni hal qilish<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Barcha nizolar muzokaralar yo&#039;li bilan hal qilinadi. Agar kelishuvga erishishning iloji bo&#039;lmasa, nizolar O&#039;zbekiston Respublikasining vakolatli sudiga yuboriladi.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">11.
