General Provisions<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">This License Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) governs the terms of use of the eascompany.uz website (\u201cSite\u201d) and all related services provided by EAS Company (\u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cLicensor\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d).<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">By using the Site, you (\u201cUser\u201d, \u201cLicensee\u201d) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">2. Subject of the agreement<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">2.1 Rights Granted<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">2.2 Scope of the license<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The license includes the right to:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Viewing the Site Contents<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Use of the Site&#039;s functions in accordance with their intended purpose<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Obtaining information about the Company&#039;s products and services<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Contact the Company via the provided contacts<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">3. Restrictions on use<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">3.1 Prohibited Actions<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The user is prohibited from:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell or use the contents of the Site for commercial purposes without written permission<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Site<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Site&#039;s software<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Use automated means to collect information from the Site<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Disrupt the operation of the Site or servers<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Download malicious software<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">3.2 Intellectual Property<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All materials on the Site, including text, images, design, logos, and program code, are protected by copyright and are the property of the Company or its partners.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">4. User Content<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">4.1 Content Rights<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">By uploading or sending any content to the Site, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive license to use such content.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">4.2 Responsibility for content<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The user is fully responsible for the content posted and guarantees that he:<\/p><ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-1.5 pl-7\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Does not violate the rights of third parties<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Does not contain illegal, offensive or harmful information<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Complies with legal requirements<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">5. Term and Termination<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.1 Duration<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The Agreement is valid until terminated by either party.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.2 Termination by the Company<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The Company may terminate the license at any time if the User violates the terms of the Agreement.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">8.3 Termination by User<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The User may terminate use of the Site at any time by terminating access to it.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">9. Changes to the Agreement<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Significant changes will be posted on the Site with an indication of the effective date.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">10.1 Applicable Law<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p><h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">10.2 Dispute Resolution<\/h3><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, disputes are referred to the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">11.
